How do I set up the artwork?
There are two options open to you:
1. Purchase one off Artwork Set Up and we will be in touch to assist setting up your artwork and sending you a visual for approval.
2. If you would prefer to design and send your own artwork, that's fine by us. We will send you the relevant template so you can make the artwork the correct size. Then you email us a CMYK high res PDF file to output. 

For new customers,One off charge to set up artwork, £30 per design. £10 per design when customer supplies own artwork.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity of 50 bars.

Where do you delivery to?
We currently only deliver Own Label orders to UK . However, if you have already organised a UK courier to ship items abroad for you, we are happy to liaise with them. 

What do you charge for delivery?
All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked or DPD

How do I make payment?
For new customers, payment must be made through a pro forma invoice. 
Payment can then be completed through BACs, PayPal or with Debit or Credit Card. Unfortunately, we cannot currently take payment over the phone.
